Nonita Jewelry ships worldwide from Berkel en Rodenrijs, the Netherlands (Europe), every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Flat rate shipping
Pay shipping only on ONE item, all extra Items ship FREE!
Netherlands
Orders within the Netherlands ship for a flat rate €4.50 fee, with track and trace.
USA
Orders to the USA ship for a flat rate of $17, including the US tariffs fee, with track and trace.
Rest of the World
Orders for the rest of the world ship for a flat rate €10 fee with track and trace.
Production time
Most of the items need to be custom made for you. They will be made and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase, this is in addition to the shipping delivery time and this includes orders shipped with FedEx Express shipping. You should factor in this production time when you place your order.
If you need a faster turnaround time, please contact me and I’ll do my utmost best to do so.
If there is a delay for any other reason I will contact you.
Delivery within the Netherlands
Items are posted from Berkel en Rodenrijs. Within the Netherlands, orders are sent by PostNL in a letterbox with a tracking number.
Delivery is usually within 1 to 3 business days to most locations, most often the next business day. Please allow extra time during busy seasons.
Delivery outside of the Netherlands
Items are shipped from Berkel en Rodenrijs in the Netherlands (Europe) to customers all over the world.
Delivery to developed countries outside of the Netherlands generally takes between 1 to 3 weeks, but please allow extra time if international post tends to be slow to arrive in your location and also for possible checking by customs officials in your country.
Orders are posted through my shipping agent by Deutsche Post, the fastest and most reliable shipping option available, using tracked airmail for deliveries outside of the Netherlands.
Standard shipping arrival times
To the USA, Canada and Australia: 1-4 weeks (up to 6 weeks if delayed at customs during busier times).
To Europe: 3-10 business days (up to 4 weeks if delayed at customs during busier times).
Express delivery outside of Europe
You can choose to upgrade to FedEx Express Post by purchasing this option in the shop while checking out.
Express Post International delivery, between metro areas of major cities, to USA and Canada will be delivered within 3-6 business days and to the rest of the world within 4-8 business days.
Packaging
Most orders are posted in a letterbox, which protects your purchases and is thin enough to fit through a standard mailbox, so you are less likely to need to make a special trip to pick up your order. This also helps keep postage costs down.
If you order several items or some of the few larger pieces, the letterbox used will need to be larger and might not fit in a standard mailbox.
All jewelry is placed in a jewelry box. This is also suitable when sending jewelry directly to a gift recipient.
Sending gifts directly
I am happy to send your item as a gift and ship it directly to the recipient.
You will be able to enter a different delivery name and address to your billing details and can indicate that this is a gift being sent directly to the recipient when you checkout.
When checking out you can also include text for a gift card to be sent along with your order.
All jewelry comes packaged for gift giving. Invoices or receipts are not included with any deliveries to reduce paper waste.
Tracking deliveries
All national shipments will be shipped by PostNL. This service can be tracked. You will receive your tracking number when you order is shipped.
All international shipments will be sent nationally by DHL or PostNL to my shipping agent and internationally by UPS or Deutsche Post; these services can be tracked. You will receive the tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Express Post
Express post deliveries can be tracked, and the tracking number will be received after my shipping agent has received your shipment and it is handed over to FedEx.
Missing deliveries
Generally deliveries are reliable within and from the Netherlands and it is very rare for items to go missing in the mail.
If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe ( 1 week within the Netherlands or 3 weeks within Europe and 5 weeks outside of Europe), please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation!

Customs and import duties
Depending on your country, customs charges or taxes may be due when you receive your package. These charges are your responsibility and are decided by the receiving country where you live.
I cannot accept responsibility for any customs issues or refusals. If you are concerned about your country's customs laws, please investigate before purchase. If a package returned from customs in the original condition, I will of course refund your purchase.
I am not able to provide advice as to what the situation is in your country as each place is different and the rules can change.
Unfortunately I am not able to mark customs forms as 'gifts' given that they are a legal document.
