Shopping for someone else but wondering what to give? Give the gift of choice with a Nonita Jewelry e-gift card!

Gift card codes are emailed directly to you.

Select the value of your gift card in the dropdown menu and have it arrive in your email within minutes.

You will receive an email with a link to the gift card with a unique shopping code. You can then choose how and when the recipient is notified.

Here are some ideas:

• Forward the email with a personalized message.
• Print the gift card out for them.
• Write their unique shopping code on a greeting card for them.

TERMS

• Gift vouchers must be redeemed through www.nonitajewelry.com
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
• Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift voucher account and is not transferable.
• If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with PayPal or a valid and accepted credit card.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.

ORDER PROCESSING

All items are custom handcrafted and ship within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING

Flat rate shipping: Pay shipping only on ONE item, all extra Items ship FREE!

Netherlands
Orders within the Netherlands ship for a flat rate €5 fee, with track and trace.

USA
Orders to the USA ship for a flat rate of $12.50, including the US tariffs fee, with track and trace.

Rest of the World
Orders for the rest of the world ship for a flat rate €10 fee with track and trace.

Please ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including tariffs), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nonita Jewelry is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means
you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at marjon@nonitajewelry.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to
send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will
not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item
is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate
the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom-length necklaces or
bracelets, personalized stamped items, and custom-made orders. Please get in
touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have,
and once the return is accepted and fully processed, make a separate purchase
for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European
Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any
reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same
condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original
packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you
know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please
remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process
and post the refund too.

Both Titanium and Niobium are hypoallergenic, lead and nickel-free metals. At Nonita Jewelry, we create earrings with only these metals.

Jewelry containing crystals, gemstones, or freshwater pearls,
should not be worn while bathing, getting sweaty, or while sleeping. To
maintain its brilliance, avoid direct contact with lotions, sunscreens, oils,
or perfumes, as certain chemicals can affect the finish.

Prolonged exposure to heat or moisture, or pulling on the
beaded pieces, is not recommended.

If you’re not going to be wearing a piece for a while, don’t
leave it sitting out: your Nonita jewelry box works great for storage!

To help prevent tangles, we recommend closing all clasps
before storing.

Gently clean with a microfiber cloth. Jewelry cleaners or
harsh chemicals aren't recommended.
