Do you ship jewelry internationally?
Yes! Nonita Jewelry is based in the Netherlands, Europe, but my jewelry orders are shipped to customers worldwide. You can make your purchase in the shop for delivery to most countries.
How much does delivery cost? How safe is it? How quick is it?
You can find the answers to these questions and more on the Shipping page.
Which currency are your prices in?
All Nonita Jewelry’s prices are in US dollars.
I live in the Netherlands, can I pay using a bank transfer?
No, I don’t accept payments through bank transfers. Payments are processed securely via PayPal using either a credit card or a PayPal account if you have one. Read more on how to pay on the Ordering & Payment page.
Can I pay using Western Union, check or money order?
No I cannot accept international payments by bank transfer, Western Union, check or money order. Read more on how to pay on the Ordering & Payment page.
Do you accept custom orders?
If you would like to have something made especially for you, just let me know, I love to work with you. Please contact me to discuss your ideas and be as specific as possible. There are a lot of things I cannot do with Titanium and/or Niobium so I am very limited with possibilities.
Keep in mind that if you don’t see a stone you like on the website, it is unlikely that I will successfully hunt down the exact color you want.
I will not use your existing gemstones and incorporate them into my work.
Important: note that any custom work I undertake will usually be a higher cost than even similar pieces in my shop. This is because custom work usually takes more time than a regular order, including liaising with the customer, problem solving and testing for a design that may not be made again.
Please note that custom orders are subject to a 50% deposit.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom work takes time and will be completed within 2-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and availability of supplies. I will be sure to let you know the time frame for your creation upon ordering. Please allow time for supply shopping and its delivery.
Can you make one of your existing designs in sterling silver or gold?
No, I only works with the nickel free and hypoallergenic metals Titanium and Niobium. This way your jewelry can come with the 100% No Allergy Guarantee.
Do you sell pendants without the chains?
Not all pendants can be sold separate, but some can. You can always contact me and ask.
How thick are your ear wires?
All Nonita Jewelry’s earrings made with 20 gauge wire (0.8mm), the same as you would find in commercially made earrings.
How are orders packaged?
All items are shipped in a jewelry box perfect for gift giving. Invoice and pricing information will not be included in your package.
What's the fastest way to get in touch with you?
This is the easiest done through the contact form.
Are the pictures of the jewelry true to their color and size?
I have taken care in making sure each photograph of jewelry on the website is true to its color, style and sparkle. You are provided with a couple of clear photos for each piece. Photos are a true and clear representation of the piece. Varying computer screens can show slight variations. My photos are taken using a macro setting to show detail of the work. This may make the pieces appear larger than they really are. So please take a moment to view the size references in the item description. However, all Nonita Jewelry comes with a money back guarantee, so if you purchase a piece and it’s not the right thing, you can safely return it for a refund.
Can I come to your studio to see your jewelry in person? Can I pick my order instead of shipping it?
Unfortunately no. Nonita Jewelry is a home based business. It is not set up to have customers visit. In particular there are insurance and other legal reasons which prevent having customers come to the premises. However, all Nonita Jewelry comes with a money back guarantee, so if you purchase a piece and it’s not the right thing, you can safely return it for a refund.
Will you donate jewelry to raise money for a charity?
Unfortunately I am not in a position to be able to do this, as Nonita Jewelry is a small independent jewelry business.
I want to do what you do! Where do you buy your supplies?
After putting in a lot of time and energy in finding the right suppliers with the best quality and prices. I really don’t feel comfortable answering questions about my sources. So please don’t ask where I buy my metals, chains, gemstones, etc.
