Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges can easily be made generally for any reason. Whether because of a fault or you simply being unhappy with that you have purchased. Or in the rare event you do experience an allergic reaction.

The 100% No Allergy Guarantee! means that you can return your jewelry even when it is worn, to get purchase price refunded.

If the jewelry is unsuitable or if you’re not happy with it for any reason, it can also be refunded or exchanged.

Please contact me within 45 days of purchase and before shipping your purchase(s) back.

Returns should be made within 45 days of purchase and items returned in the same condition in which you received them. Any item being returned must be sent fully insured. Shipping will be at your cost.

Returns which are lost or damaged in the post generally can’t be refunded, so please ensure your return is packaged well and consider sending it by registered post.

Refunds will be issued upon the arrival of the item. Full returns minus shipping are available on all items.

Please keep in mind that all Nonita Jewelry is handmade and therefore might have some small imperfections. I hope you will see this as part of what makes my jewelry unique.

Faulty items

Items which are faulty are a rare occurrence as pieces are checked before being packed. However, occasionally a problem can slip through without being spotted.

If you discover a fault with your item, please contact me and I will do whatever I can to work with you to sort out any issues!

I may ask you to return the faulty item so I can see what went wrong and also to recycle or re-use the metal. If this is the case I will reimburse you for any postage costs.

Such returns generally cannot be accepted after two months of purchase, by which time any faults should have been noticed.

Items damaged during delivery

If your item appears to have been damaged during delivery, please contact me as soon as possible to organize a replacement.

You may wish to also contact the post office or other delivery organization on your side to lodge a complaint about this.

I may ask you to return the damaged item so I can see what went wrong and also to recycle or re-use the metal. If this is the case I will reimburse you for any postage costs.

Errors on my part

I do my utmost to make sure products and orders are sent correctly. However, I’m only human and occasionally mistakes can happen!

If you feel you have been sent something in error, I have missed/misread an instruction, an item is missing from your order or anything similar, please contact me and I’ll work with you to sort out any issues!

If I have sent an incorrect item, I may ask you to return it. If this is the case I will refund you for any postage costs.

Return of custom made or substantially altered items

Items which are entirely custom made or extensively altered generally cannot be returned unless there is a fault, the item was damaged during delivery or if there was an error on my part. If you have any questions about a custom made item, please contact me.
