This is the second pair of “large hoops” that I've purchased on Etsy. I don't consider them large at all. In fact they're quite small. I'm disappointed. In addition, they are thin. I was hoping they eould look as chunky as pictured.
Shipping is pretty slow also. I get it, they're coming from another country but they did take several weeks to arrive.
The name of these earrings is big dangle hoops as I have the same style earrings also in small dangle hoops. The size of the earrings is written in the descriptions and shown in the photos. The earrings are hammered for texture and shine which make the wire thinner in those places. The estimated shipping times (1 – 3 weeks) and country it is shipping from is know before ordering. The earrings were shipped out on May 24 and delivered on June 3. I have reached out on June 4th to this customer to offer her a refund as soon as I have received the returned earrings, but haven’t received a response yet. I always try to make things right when I can as I strive for happy returning customers.
